My passion is to provide support, validation, and the opportunity for insight and growth to those who are seeking to overcome the devastating impacts of toxicity and emotional abuse.

Whether you need a one-time consultation, or a place to heal, I am looking forward to working with you. I live in Saint Augustine, Florida and work with residents of Florida through virtual therapy (video or phone). Although I value my Christian faith, I do not push faith issues on my clients indiscriminately.
