I am a seasoned therapist who specializes in adult child parent estrangement.

My passion is to provide support, validation, and the opportunity for insight and growth to those who are seeking support for the emotional devastation they are experiencing as a result of estrangement or emotional cutoff from an adult child, and for those who are seeking reconciliation

Whether you need a one-time consultation, or a place to heal, I am looking forward to working with you. I live in Jacksonville, Florida and work with residents of Florida through virtual therapy (video or phone). Although I value my Christian faith, I do not push faith issues on my clients indiscriminately.

I work with the following issues: Women’s Issues, Adult Child Estrangement, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship and Family Issues, and Self-Esteem, Grief, and Generational Dysfunction Issues. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere you will feel seen, heard, and validated.
