Don’t let your problems impress you!  Be in awe of God instead.

In other words, don’t give your problems so much power or attention.  Instead, focus your attention on our great God and His mighty power!

I have a good friend who has had many physical problems over the years.  And yet, she often says, “It’s just a bump in the road.”  But some of those “bumps in the road” have looked pretty serious to me.

How does she do it?  She calls on God, trusts Him to help her, and then gets right back to her focus of honoring Him in her life.

She doesn’t let her problems impress her!

And you know what?  She keeps on going – with a smile on her face and a praise in her heart.  A great example for all of us as we learn the value of “not letting our problems impress us!”
